Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) (Award Winning) hospital system invites Family Medicine Physicians to apply for a hospital-employed Family Medicine Faculty Physician opportunity. Eastern Connecticut Health Network Residency Program (ACGME accredited site) is a three-year program with 6 residents per year in its eleventh year located in picturesque Manchester, Connecticut. This prominent community-focused site provides expert clinical-academic education-training by a collaborative-stellar team of core faculty physicians. You will work with the Program Director to continue to develop and implement medical education with a Monday through Friday work-life balance schedule, teaching at the outpatient faculty practice site, some clinical time, and with protected administrative time. We are seeking an internal medicine physician and/or family medicine faculty physician who is enthusiastic about educating residents and medical students in a supportive, professional and rewarding community work environment. Eastern Connecticut Health Network faculty members also participate in campus-wide educational activities. Requirements:
- Board Certified Family Medicine Physician with preferred 2 years of core faculty experience, related academic leadership experience, or family medicine physician training experience
- Connecticut License, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance License (CSR) (or soon eligible)
