Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) is seeking an experienced part-time (18 -24) hours per week Neonatology Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our highly talented and collaborative team of nurse’s, nurse practitioners, and physician assistant providers. You will enjoy work life balance with a 24-hour shift schedule in our modern NICU (Level 2) Family Birthing Center located East of the River at Manchester Memorial Hospital in Connecticut. ECHN’s Family Birthing Center is affiliated with Connecticut Children’s Medical Center/Hospital in Hartford, CT who was recently ranked a best children hospital in the nation for their pediatric expertise.

 

ECHN’s medical staff is comprised of approximately 500 physicians and advanced practitioners. ECHN hospital provides personalized quality outpatient care and inpatient hospital services, cutting edge technology, skilled/subacute facilities, state of the art cancer center and cutting-edge technology which includes the latest robotic surgical systems/Xi da Vinci, MAKO robotic assisted knee/hip replacement system. Top talent and dedicated faculty physicians support ECHN’s prominent family medicine residency program East of the River, and the Women’s Center for Wellness along with many highly regarded programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate advance degree of an accredited  Physician Assistant  program
  • Must have 2 years or more experience as NICU  Physician Assistant (PA-C)
  • Connecticut license (or in process) Federal DEA and CT controlled substance registration (or in process)
